Kathryn Karcher

Katie (she/they) is the Major Gifts Officer for the Endowment for Equal Justice and the Legal Foundation of Washington, following her two-year tenure as a Development Coordinator for both the Campaign and Endowment for Equal Justice. Originally from California, she grew up on Bainbridge Island and moved to Seattle to attend the University of Washington. She graduated with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in the History of Race, Gender, and Power; Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies; and Diversity. She previously fundraised for UW programs and scholarships and was the Treasurer and then President of Reproductive Freedom for All’s UW chapter (formerly NARAL Pro-Choice Washington). In her free time, she cuddles her pets and obsessively reads the news.
