The Equal Justice Coalition is a statewide, non-partisan, grassroots coalition working to protect and increase public funding for civil legal aid in Washington State. Established in 1995 as a standing committee of the Washington State Access to Justice Board, the EJC is engaged in advocacy on the local, state, and federal levels. By educating policymakers and the public about the importance of civil legal aid, the EJC works towards a vision of a Washington where everyone has equal access to justice regardless of how much money they make.
The effectiveness and success of the EJC is based on member participation. Join the EJC today, and you can help increase access to justice so that all people are able to receive the legal help they need.
